This large house is very accessable with easy road access. Position wise  – it is in the village right next to the Village Hotel and as such is a stones throw away from restaurants, cafes and shops. It is also a good size allowing for a possible 3 bedrooms. The old house is in the middle of renovations and as such has work still to be done and is not livable, but could be finished relatively quickly, the main work is done. The view from the court yard is of Pedi Valley and the mountains opposite. It is a 5 minute drive and 10-15 minute walk to the sea.
